What we especially like about FastHosts is the fact that their customer support service is UK based; problems are addressed promptly by helpful and efficient staff. This fact alone is priceless!

I switched rather tentatively to FastHosts as my hosting provider two years ago when I felt the service from my previous hosting company had gone downhill. I haven't regretted it, but have been surprised by how much faster my web site runs and how much quicker my email arrives. Great web site response times. Great prices. Great customer support. Great hosting. I have no hesitation in recommending FastHosts for web site hosting and email.

I was suffering badly with my low cost hosting company, my sites had been hacked several times, performance was slow and downtime was often. I now have a virtual server with Fasthosts and all of those problems have gone away. It is fast and secure. The biggest bonus is the support. On the rare occasions that I have needed support they have been absolutely excellent, second to none. They are not the cheapest but they are by far the best value.

The agent directed me to the site builder and I submitted my username and password. When I tried to access the sitebuilder it did not recognise my username/password - I changed the password to make sure and still I could not get access. This is nonsense and denied my access completely to sitebuilder which defeats the whole purpose - I could not get past this so I would appreciate this fixing for me.

Just to say that although the very first 24 hours of signing up to fasthosts was a bit hit and miss (rare software malfunction) the team in support were straight onto it and completely focussed on dealing with my issue. The support team where very helpful and understanding of my basic knowledge of dedicated servers and how to install and setup domains, SSL certificates and IP address's etc.... My websites are now up and running smoothly without any problems.

I have to say, since joining Fasthostsaround a year ago, I've been very impressed with their reseller package. The downtime is minimal and the admin area is extremely easy to use. The way support calls are handled (by UK staff- my only experience) is very professional and support and sales staff are available any time of day or night it seems. After having dealt with several members of the support team, between us we always resolve whatever query I have, staff often go out of their way to help!

Recently a server upgrade that I made to the plesk interface went wrong and my whole server went down. The network analyst at fasthosts went above and beyond their service level agreement and helped me get evcerything up and running again. Including upgrading plesk and php and helping with some linux sommand line stuff. Brilliant service, thanks guys.

I've used countless companies over the years to register and manage domain names on behalf of myself and clients, what I've learnt is that while the vast majority of these companies all offer the same things, to date, only Fasthosts actually deliver. The very first thing I recommend for the majority of my clients is to move their domain names over to Fasthosts. The few times I've needed to contact customer services, they have been exemplary.
