I find contacting you awkward as I work long hours. You have charged me twice for registration. Once for 2 years Ans once for the 6 years I requested. This is not the first time I have concerns.

I've been with Fasthosts for many years. I've had no thoughts of moving elsewhere as their service just works. I have no trouble with my hosting package and support is always fast, knowledgable and helpful when I need it. Being able to add and upgrade facilities through my control panel makes administration easy and quick. A recent migration from server 2003 to 2008 was done within minutes. Couldn't ask for more.

I have been with Fasthosts for about six years, and the amount of cyberbusiness I do makes me one of the smallest fish in the sea. In spite of which Fasthosts comes to the rescue whenever I get into difficulties and keeps me informed of everything (past, present or future) that might make a difference to me. When you ask for help, they give it promptly, courteously and expertly, and when the crisis is over they double-check just to make sure.

We have had a reseller account with Fasthosts for almost 13 years and see no reason to change suppliers, which says it all really. My most recent contact with their support department (via email) was fast, efficient and helpful.

After looking for a dedicated server, I was eventually drawn to the great deals that Fasthosts were providing. I have to say that this has been the best move I ever made. The server is not only fast and rock solid, but what really makes a difference is the customer service. The dedicated server support team are hugely knowledgable and no task is too much (even if it is a novice being stuck!). A huge credit to Fasthosts and a big thank you from me. Very highly recommended.

Absolutely a hosting company to avoid. Rather than allowing me to switch my package at the end of the term to one of their cheaper packages, they locked me out of my account until I pay the renewal fee for my current account. Meanwhile leaving my support requests to negotiate a transfer to a different deal unanswered. There are many other hosting companies out there with much better offers, who don't hide behind small print on contracts.

We provide an automatic renewal service for our products to ensure that customers services stay online, if you did not wish to renew the contract you needed to contact us prior to the renewal date which did not happen. We send out renewal reminds 30 days prior to the bill to ensure you are aware of the up coming charge. Fasthosts helped me to move a large number of websites onto one of their VPS solutions and I have received excellent customer service at all times, they ALWAYS go above and betond the call of duty. Them going the extra mile allows me to get on with running my business. I have also tried another hosting company for a few years before Fasthosts (a company whos name may be the same as the most vital organ in the human body) and I have to say Fasthosts are about 5 leagues above them! Well done FH!
